How do I reset my password?

Where is 118CARS (the company) based?

118CARS.COM was founded in 2009 in Deventer, The Netherlands and our HQ continues to be located there.


What are the shipping costs of a modelcar?

Depending on your delivery location, different shipping methods will be available. Each ship method has its own regulations and shipping rates. The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

How is my modelcar packed and shipped?

We pack our items very carefully, nestled in paper bedding and wrapped in bubble wrap and we examine all boxed merchandise before it is shipped.

Are there any additional fees involved in international shipping?

In some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the charges may be since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. For further details, please contact your destination local customs office or visit their official website. In some cases, customs clearance procedures are required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery estimation time.

The payment for the modelcars has been sent. When will the model be delivered?

When we have received the full payment, we will send the modecarl the next business day. Once the model has been shipped, we will send you the track & trace code.

How can I track my package?

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email that includes your Tracking Number. To check the status of your package, please click on the link and it will redirect you to UPS, DHL or other shipping vendor's website. This function allows you to track your package using the tracking code provided in the email.

Is it possible to deliver the modelcar on my work address?

Yes. You can choose to have your purchases delivered to an alternate work or residential address without a problem. Simply specify your chosen delivery address in the checkout.

What countries or regions do you ship to?

118CARS.COM is able to ship modelcars throughout the Europe and many countries across the world. Depending on your delivery location, different shipping methods will be available. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely.


What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes, we respect your right to privacy. All your personal information is only collected and stored for shipping and accounts purposes. All information collected by 118CARS.COM is only for our use and will not be supplied to third parties.
