Yes, your country may charge VAT or customs fees. These are your responsibility and cannot be estimated by us.

When will my model be delivered after payment?

We ship your order the next business day after payment. You’ll receive a track & trace code via email.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code by email (usually from PostNL or a partner courier).
