If the items you ordered are not as expected, you may return them to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once returned, you will be eligible for a refund. Please note that the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and packaging expenses will not be refunded. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
If we receive a returned product that is not in its original condition — for example, if the model car or its box is damaged or missing — the refund will be voided, and the item will be sent back to you. In such cases, we will ask you to cover the return shipping costs.
The return shipping costs, as well as the original shipping fees, are at your own expense. If a returned item is lost during shipment, we cannot be held responsible and will not issue a refund for the missing item(s).
First: contact us before returning your order. We will provide you with a return form and the return address.
Second: prepare your shipment carefully. Ensure that all returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. The model car’s box is part of the product, so please protect it with an additional outer layer of packaging. Any damage to the box may result in your return being refused. Enclose the completed return form with your shipment — returns without a form may not be processed.
If you are returning an item from outside the Netherlands, clearly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties incurred during the return process.
Lastly: drop off your package at your local postal service and send it to the return address provided. We strongly recommend using an insured shipping method with a tracking number to ensure safe and verifiable delivery.
